Defining Notifications

Overview

Notifications are messages sent by email to provide information on the status of a case or specific business information.


Types of Emails

  1. Automatic Notifications:
    Predefined notifications sent under specific circumstances to inform end users about:

    • Canceled cases
    • Delayed Processes
    • Delayed Activities
    • Newly allocated Tasks
  2. User Configured Notifications:
    Notifications where the information is entirely defined by the user according to business conditions.


Configuration Requirements

Bizagi sends notifications only when emails have been enabled and a mail server has been correctly configured in the project's Environments Configuration.

  • If there is no server configured in your organization, review the steps for configuring the email server.
